How To Clear Learned Words On Galaxy S6
-
Whenever I write a text bulletin, the predictive procedure always suggests learned words as I begin typing a word. In my case, information technology is suggesting every e-mail address that my gmail has e'er received an electronic mail from, that has been CC'd on an due east-mail I take received, or that I accept sent an eastward-mail to. It'due south crazy.
I am looking for a way to articulate ALL learned words in 1 shot. I know I can practise information technology one at a time when the learned give-and-take appears, but that will take forever. At that place should be a mode to clear all of the learned words out of my Samsung S6 Edge plus.
Further, non all of the learned words even clear when I clear them individually.
Whatsoever help?

Nice and like shooting fish in a barrel! Thanks! Samsung support had me practise that to my text bulletin app. It deleted all my conversations. Cheers again!!!

This is maddening. Using the basic Samsung Keyboard on my S6 Border Plus, I get endless suggested words in the form of an equally endless array of e-mail addresses. It seems every e-mail address to e'er interact with my gmail is considered a learned discussion.
I take cleared information technology many times equally described higher up, simply it all keeps coming back. Any help?

Clearing the data from the keyboard IS the solution. The play a joke on is you have to disable the default setting to sync keyboard data off in your Samsung Account sync settings. Disable that, and clear your keyboard information, all done! Worked for me and hasn't come dorsum!

I just scrolled my contacts. It also seems that every person who has always emailed me... Electronic mail address has been added as a random contact.
For example the contact but reads johnsmith@gmail.com

In that location is a identify to choose to brandish only contacts with a phone number. It isn't in contacts settings anymore since I have the Note five. I accidentally found it the other day and I can't recollect now where information technology was. I'll keep looking.

I already take this enabled, still no go. It simply works for the contacts view, only not in the word list.
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

Oh.. Misunderstood that y'all were talking about predictions for typing.
Is at that place non a setting to turn off predicting contacts and emojis, etc? I oasis't used the stock Samsung keyboard since the Notation two so I'm not familiar with information technology.

I went into Samsung Business relationship settings and turned off some of the syncing stuff that would peradventure exist associated with e-mails and such (gmail, people, and social media accounts). Then I cleared the keyboard information. 24 hours later all the learned words are back. Every east-mail address in my gmail history and a bunch that are nowhere to exist establish in my gmail. Still.
And my gmail e-mails stopped showing up in the gmail app on my telephone.
Perchance I did something wrong, but once more I need specific help.

Open settings:
accounts>Samsung>deactivate Samsung keyboard sync.Return to settings:
Applications>manage applications>Samsung keyboard>clear information...(Do not reactive Samsung keyboard sync)
This should, at to the lowest degree for at present, solve the issue until Samsung removes this characteristic.
